Daniel P. O'Brien

Daniel P. O'Brien practice includes a broad range of expertise in litigation matters.  He has successfully represented numerous clients in criminal, traffic and family court matters.  Additionally,  Daniel P. O'Brien has extensive experience in Real Estate, Landlord / Tenant, Matrimonial, Corporate and Estate Litigation.   Daniel P. O'Brien has litigated cases in the boroughs of the City of New York, Nassau,Suffolk and in the Eastern and Southern Districts of the United States District Court.

Daniel P. O'Brien is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Suffolk County Bar Association and the Suffolk County Criminal Bar Association.  

Daniel P. O'Brien is admitted to practice in the State of New York, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States Federal Courts, Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.

Stephen L. O'Brien

Stephen L. O'Brien became a partner in the firm in the fall of 1999.  Since that time he has successfully represented numerous clients in Criminal, Personal Injury and Estate matters.  Stephen L. O'Brien has litigated cases in the City of New York, Nassau, Suffolk and in the Eastern and Southern Districts of the United States District Courts.  He has successfully argued cases in all New York state courts includingthe Appellate Division and the Court of Appeals.

Prior to joining the firm, Stephen L. O'Brien gained substantial trial experience by serving as an Assistant District Attorney in the Suffolk County District Attorney's office. He served as the Deputy Bureau Chief of the Major Crimes Bureau, White Collar Bureau and the District Court Bureau during his career wit the District Attorney's office.

Mr. Stephen L. O'Brien is a member of Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the Suffolk County Bar Association, for whom he has lectured several times. Stephen L. O'Brien is admitted to practice in the State of New York and Connecticut as well as the Eastern and Southern Districts of the United States Federal Court.
